SKIN peels

As we age, the accumulated effects of sun exposure, pollutants, acne and scarring, can damage our skin. Such skin damage includes hyper-pigmentation, rosacea, acne, sun damage, and photo aging. Skin peels remove cellular buildup and stimulate skin regeneration, giving a more vibrant appearance, as well as improved texture, tone and hydration. Skin must be evaluated before scheduling and are not for first time clients of mine as different peel protocols (progressive, mid-depth or deep) are used for different skin issues. These peels do not penetrate beyond the epidermis or papillary dermis, and are not to be confused with medical or physician-strength peels that affect the reticular dermis.

  • Little to no downtime.
  • Great treatment if you're looking for something more active than a facial.
  • Repeated treatments on a regular schedule, up to once a week, will cause mild exfoliation of the skin with cumulative effects.
  • Great "lunchtime" peel!

  • Peeling might consist of light flaking similar to a sunburn peel 2-3 days after application. Might last up to a week or so.
  • Can be done every 4-6 weeks for as long as needed.
  • Offers rejuvenative effects with minimal to no down time.

  • The skin might become brown and crusty, then undergoes considerable peeling, which usually occurs 3-4 days after application.
  • Skin usually peels in larger segments, as opposed to flaking.
  • Entire process takes about 7-10 days.
  • Restores and renews skin with the most dramatic results. Can be done up to twice a year.
